Anonymous said: I give up with this LOA stuff. I've tried so hard. If I had one negative thought, I'd take a deep breath and change it. I'd focus on the good. I've been through hell and back health wise and while everyone else was sad about it, I kept my head up. I'm a fighter... but I don't know how much more i can fight or wish or dream or ask. I don't get what I keep doing wrong. Why is my life so shitty that I have to turn to LOA to find any sort of direction. I think I'm just the forgotten soul lol..

You say that as if LOA is some last ditch resort for feeling better - when in reality LOA is happening all day every day whether you realize it or not.

NOW - You’re frustrated - I get that - but your life is living proof of your previous thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Since you don’t like how things are going - you’ve got to change what you think about, how you feel and what you believe.

I used to be outwardly happy, but inwardly pessimistic and a stressed out worrier - yet others loved being around me as they felt I was hopefully optimistic. I wasn’t.

Your life is the culmination of the momentum you’ve got going on - it’s just been a negative momentum so the manifestation isn’t what you want.

You’ve got to get to a place where you know you create your life.

Stop focusing on things you perceive as ‘hard’ or ‘difficult’ or ‘frustrating’. Instead, wake up tomorrow morning and be determined to focus only on things that make you feel good.

Focus on things that you find funny. Focus on things that feel like ease.

Right now you’re frustrated - which is only creating more things to be frustrated about. You’ve got to stop paddling upstream (so to speak) and let go of the oars and go downstream.

EVERYTHING you want in life is downstream.

"You don’t have to name your lovers, you don’t have to name the cities that you will move to, you don’t have to figure that out. You just have to find the feeling place of what you’re looking for and the Universe will lead you right there. And when you get there you’ll say: Oh yeah, you’re exactly what I meant."

"

When you withdraw your attention
from those things that are not
pleasing, and you put your attention upon
those things that are pleasing, those pleasing
things begin to become more abundant,
and those not-pleasing things
become more rare.

Until, eventually, those
not-pleasing things cannot be part of your
experience because you will have eliminated
your attraction factor from your
vibration… What you think and what
you get always matches.

"And I understand. I understand why people hold hands: I’d always thought it was about possessiveness, saying ‘This is mine’. But it’s about maintaining contact. It is about speaking without words. It is about I want you with me and don’t go."
